It'll cure everything! So, we desperately need it in our lives.
But are super foods really that super?
I like the idea of the ‘get fit, get healthy’ part. There are definitely things that we can do to ‘get fit’, which can lead into ‘get healthy.'

Though that is an over simplification. Yes, cutting calories will lead to weight loss, but at what cost?
