No, but there is a good reason for that.
From my experience working with clients, following a meal plan only works temporarily. Either the plan finishes and you go back to your old habits or life simply gets in the way of following it.
For long-term sustainable change you need to create healthy eating and lifestyle (physical activity, sleep and stress management) habits that fit your lifestyle and incorporate the foods that you like.

Absolutely! Eating well to improve or maintain your health is important, but restrictive dieting and obsessing over food is not the answer.

The title can only be used by those who have meet these standards, as determined by The Nutrition Society of New Zealand. Registered Nutritionists commit to continued professional development and supervision and adherence to the Royal Society of New Zealand Code of Ethics.

When you work alongside a Registered Nutritionist your health insurance plan may cover some or all of your appointment cost. Please review your health insurance policy to determine whether you're eligible and how much of the fees would be covered. If you are eligible, you will have to claim back from insurance yourself, so be sure to ask for a receipt.
