Introducing Nicole’s Nutrition Kitchen "Yeasomite"!

Yeast + miso + ‘mar/vege-mite’ = YEASOMITE ?
Ingredients
50g yeast flakes
50g miso paste
50g tahini
1 Tablespoon blackstrap molasses
1 Tablespoon tamari
2 - 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 - 2 Tablespoons water
Method
Combine the yeast, miso, tahini, molasses and tamari in a blender (or tall container if using a stick-blender), with 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar + 1 Tablespoon water. Blitz until smooth. Add more vinegar &/or water to reach flavour balance and a spreadable texture.
Keep refrigerated.
You can get a black tahini if you want to have your version look kinda like the 'real deal'. I'm not fussed about the colour; for me it's all about the flavour.
